About Us

The Village at Spirit Lake Homeowner’s Association, Inc (A Corporation Not For Profit) was formed in 1998.

The Declarations of Covenants and Restrictions are provided to impose certain restrictive covenants and conditions to create and maintain a quality community and to enhance and protect the value and desirability of the Subdivision.

The Declarations, the Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws and Florida Statues can be found on the Governing Documents page.

The Village at Spirit Lake is a single family residential, gated and deed-restricted community of all ages. All residents must follow the Covenants and Restrictions. Owners should receive a copy of these restrictions at the closing for their lot or home. There is a yearly fee for each lot, due January 1 of each year with late fees and interest being charged after March 1. This fee is subject to change. Unpaid fees can lead to eventual legal action.

We offer private amenities including a community clubhouse, pool, courts for tennis, basketball and pickel ball, a small children’s playground and a boat ramp.

The Homeowners Association has a Board of Directors who function under the Covenants and Restrictions, the By-laws, Articles of Incorporation and Chapter 720 of the Florida Statutes. Meetings

Board of Directors meeting notice will be posted on the entrance message board and posted within the Resident Access page. Residents are welcome to attend and must contact the HOA President four (4) days before the meeting to place an item for discussion on the agenda. Only board members can vote at board meetings. Minutes of the Board Meetings will be posted within the Resident Access page and on the clubhouse bulletin board.
